Step 1: On the app, you can go the the fiat deposit page through any of the following methods:
• On the Home page, Tap “Deposit” or “Buy Crypto”; or
• On the Assets page, tap “Deposit” then select “Fiat Deposit”.

Step 2: In the list of fiat deposit options, select your payment method. Here, we use “Visa/Mastercard” as an example.

Step 3: Enter your Visa/Mastercard information (card number, expiryn date, and CVV), then enter the amount of USDT you want to purchase. After confirming the payment amount, tap “Buy with 0 Fees” at the bottom.

Step 4: You will be redirected to a 3DS verification page . The 3DS verification page varies depending on the bank. You must enter the correct verification code to complete the payment.

Step 5: Once the payment is complete, the USDT will be automatically deposited into your BTCC account within five minutes. You can check your account balance under “Assets”.

How to Buy USDT with a Credit Card

1. On the app, you can go the the fiat deposit page through any of the following methods:

2. In the list of options, select a payment method — here, we’ll use “0% Fee Bank Transfer(0%수수료 계좌이체 )” as an example. 
Then, enter the amount of USDT you want to purchase. After confirming the amount to be paid, tap the “Buy with 0 Fees” button at the bottom.

3. Enter your personal bank account information (including your full name, bank name, bank account number, and mobile phone number). Then tap “Submit” and “Confirm” to verify your bank account details.
Please note: You must use your own bank account. Transfers made from accounts not under your name will not be accepted.

4. View the recipient’s bank account information. This is the account you will need to transfer the funds to. You can use the copy button to copy the details and complete the transfer in your banking app.

5. After completing the transfer, wait for the USDT to be credited (usually within 10 minutes).

How to Buy USDT via Bank Transfer

1. How Long Does a Withdrawal Take to Process?
 
Each withdrawal request is subject to system verification, typically completed within 2 hours on business days. However, some withdrawals may require additional time for manual review after the initial system check. We ask for your patience during this process. Please note that during periods of network congestion, withdrawal times may be longer. For the security of your account and funds, certain withdrawals undergoing manual review might necessitate extra documentation. Your cooperation and prompt response in providing these documents are appreciated.
 
System maintenance occurs weekly from 14:30 to 23:00 each Saturday and Sunday (UTC+0). During maintenance, automatic reviews are suspended, and only scheduled manual reviews occur, which may extend the processing time for withdrawals. We ask for your patience during these periods.
 
2. Why is My Account Restricted from Making Withdrawals?
 
For the safety and security of your account and funds, changing or resetting your login or fund password will result in a 24-hour suspension on withdrawals. Please be aware of this security measure.
 
3. Why is My Available Balance Less Than My Total Account Funds?
 
(1) Fiat deposits have not yet cleared the lock-up period, which is typically 24 hours.
(2) Certain positions in your futures account have not been closed.
 
4. Why Can’t I Use the Fiat Currency Withdrawal Feature?
The fiat currency withdrawal function is temporarily disabled due to system maintenance. BTCC is considering reinstating this feature. If you would like to see more functionality in fiat currency withdrawals, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with your suggestions.

1. Credit card restrictions

<li>Credit card limit has been reached (single transaction limit or monthly limit)</li>
<li>3D Secure authentication issues, which could be that your credit card type is not supported or your credit card does not support 3D Secure authentication.</li>
<li>Risk control issues from the bank of your credit card (fraud prevention by the bank, the amount of money spent by the user is higher than before, the payment is not completed after using the same card within a short period of time, etc.</li>

When submitting payment:

 2. What Should I Do if My Crypto Purchase Failed?</h2>
 
1. Credit card restrictions
 
If you encounter restrictions on your credit card, please contact your card issuer for assistance. Ask customer support to check and adjust the relevant restrictions, then try to buy crypto with the same card on our platform again.
As for 3D Secure authentication-related issues, please try using another credit card for your purchase.
 
2. Pop-up messages that appear on the BTCC web/app
 
“Identity Verification Required” — Please complete identity verification first.
 
“Account Restricted” &amp; “IP Address Restricted” — It is likely that the crypto purchase failed because of the conditions listed on your credit card’s terms of service. Please use other credit cards to buy crypto or make a deposit by transferring crypto from other platforms/wallets to your BTCC account.
 
If you still see a failure message after using another credit card, please take a screenshot of the message and get in touch with our customer support for further assistance.
 
3. Maintenance/system upgrade of the payment channel
 
To provide a better experience for our users, the credit card payment channel will undergo maintenance or system upgrades from time to time.
You may wait for the maintenance/upgrades to complete, or you can use other forms of payment to buy crypto on our platform.

If the payment has been successfully made, please wait patiently for the deposit to arrive. Under normal circumstances, deposits will arrive in your BTCC account within 30 minutes.

The fees that might incur include fees charged by the bank, gas fees, and admin fees charged by third-party service providers. You will get an overview of the fees you need to pay when choosing a service provider for your crypto purchase.
 
Q4: What is the minimum purchase amount? The minimum purchase amount for the first purchase with a credit card is 200 USDT. For the purchases afterwards, please refer to the requirements listed by each service provider.
